Hamiltair Ltd. acquired a total of 7 Fairmiles for $21,000 (Q122, 123, 125, 126, 127, 128 and 129). The owner , Tom Hamilton intended to used the Fairmiles fleet (after conversion and refurbishing) to handle guests at his resort “Malibu Club” in Princesss Louisa Inlet.
First registered: December 10, 1945 and renamed Malibu Inez (#176231).
Eng.: 2 Sterling Admiral 12 cylinders petrol engines, 1800 H.P. and later changed to 2 Grey Marine Motor Co., oil engines, 45o H.P.
Owner 1951?: Cecil Irwin, New Westminster/ Nanaimo, B.C. and renamed Huntress, for side fishing.
December 13, 1951, register closed (Transport Canada). Sold to US citizens.
Renamed Viking then Island Adventures (no records)
August 1994, back in Canadian registry.

Renamed PTC-711 then Moose and paid-off October 1956. Sold in 1956 for $5,250 by WAC to Great Lakes Lumber & Shipping Ltd., Fort Williams, Ont. (Crown Assets Report 1956-57).
Sold to King Haigh,diver, as a diving tender. Burned during refitting in 1956/57, not registered.
