Sold October 2, 1945 for $3,000 by WAC to Hamiltair Ltd., Vancouver and Princess Louisa Inlet, B.C.
Hamiltair Ltd. acquired a total of 7 Fairmiles for $21,000 (Q122, 123, 125, 126, 127, 128 and 129). The owner , Tom Hamilton intended to used the Fairmiles fleet (after conversion and refurbishing) to handle guests at his resort “Malibu Club” in Princesss Louisa Inlet.
First registered: December 31, 1945 and renamed Malibu Marlin (#176473).
Eng.: 2 Grey Marine oil engines, 450 H.P.
Register closed December 13, 1951, sold to Shellye M. Stoody, Los Angeles, California and renamed Toluca (USCG #261059).
Owner 1954: William A. Thompson, Los Angeles, California.
